Caeli's diverse background includes impactful roles in community relations for two prominent New England sports teams and orchestrating an international rugby tournament that welcomed over 60,000 enthusiastic fans. Transitioning into the tech realm, she spearheaded the execution of 300+ events at IBM, then taking on the challenge of coordinating multi-city events across the globe before leveraging her marketing prowess to manage the marketing for a 7,000-attendee digital transformation conference in Boston's vibrant Seaport district.
