Valentine's Themed Cake Decorating Class

Learn how to decorate a 6" round layer cake with Lizzie, the owner of Lizzie's Bakery! 

As seen on the Girl Scout Cookie Championship on the Food Network and in Boston Magazine (2021 Best Wedding Cake), Lizzie, will teach you all of her tips and tricks on how to get smooth sides, pipe frosting swirls, how to make her vanilla buttercream recipe and how to make ganache drip to take your cakes to the next level! There will also be a variety of Valentine's sprinkles to choose from to decorate your cake with. 

All frosting and decorating tools will be provided. You will leave the class with your own 6" cake (3 cake layers, feeds up to 12 people) and Lizzie's go-to recipes that will be used during class!

Ticket options:

• $155 includes everything mentioned above plus your choice of one glass of wine, proessco, or beer
• $145 includes everything mentioned above (does not include alcohol)

If you would like to tag team decorating the cake with a partner, you are welcome to! Please note that only one set of decorating tools will be available per cake and the ticket with alcohol only includes one drink. Additional drinks will be available for purchase with cash, card, or Apple Pay. 

Note: The photo is an example cake. The one you will make in class will be an all white cake with a pink ganache drip and white frosting swirls.
